Yes. You can ship each order separately to the hotel address. Include clear instructions like '前台代收' (hold at front desk) and add the hotel's phone number. Hotels in major Chinese cities (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, etc.) are familiar with handling guest parcels. It's also wise to notify the hotel in advance about incoming deliveries.

Do I need a Chinese phone number to ship to a hotel?

Usually not. You can use the hotel's phone number in the contact field. However, having a Chinese mobile number can be helpful if couriers need to call you directly for delivery coordination. Many travellers successfully manage without one by relying on the hotel staff.

Q: Will hotels accept food or oversized parcels?

It depends on the hotel's policy. Some hotels may refuse perishable food items or very large parcels due to storage limitations or health regulations. It's best to check with the hotel directly before ordering such items. For oversized items, consider using a parcel locker or forwarder instead.
