Important Terminology Notes
- One Item: The smallest unit of shipment.

- One Shipment/Order: Refers to a single shipping request including all submitted items.
Product Classification
General Products
National brands, clothing, footwear, bags, daily necessities, non-electric/non-magnetic products, general toys, accessories, stationery (excluding liquids), small quantities of books, etc. (Consult customer service for specific details.)
Special Products (Sensitive Items)
Luxury brands (F-brands), food, liquids, cosmetics, items with built-in batteries, motors, magnetic devices, epidemic prevention items, etc. (Consult customer service for specific details.)
Packaging Service Details
- Reinforced Packaging: For high-value or fragile products. We replace the box with a high-quality one and reinforce it with bubble wrap, fragile stickers, plastic corner protectors, etc.
- Fragile Item Protection: Includes reinforced packaging plus 3 additional layers of bubble wrap around the outer box.
Billing Rules & Insurance
- Insurance: If insurance is purchased, compensation is based on the actual value, with a maximum claim limit of $300.
- Standard Billing Rule: Charges are based on the greater value between volumetric weight (L * W * H / 6000) and actual weight.
Important Notice: Liability & Prohibitions
Sender's Responsibility: The sender must truthfully declare package contents. Any consequences such as customs seizure, returns, or fines caused by false or misleading declarations shall be borne by the sender.
Prohibited Items for Export (All packages are strictly inspected; the following items will be seized):

- Alcohol
- Fresh animals/plants (including seeds)
- Bank card sets
- Flammable and explosive materials
- Corrosives
